Intramural Program Ridley United's Intramural program encompasses over 500 members from various areas of Delaware County. Age groups range from 2 to 14. Older children can participate as volunteers and referees. We offer both Spring and Fall programs. For Little Tykes questions (ages 2-4), contact Tony Dalterio, tdal69@verizon.net
For U-7 through U-14 Intramural questions, contact Stu Reeve at stuiereeve@gmail.com, Basic Info for U6 and Above For everyone's safety, all players are required to wear shin-guards. Cleats are optional but are very helpful in keeping players from slipping on the fields. Please bring an age-appropriate size soccer ball (chart below) and water or a sports drink to all practices and games. Each player is required to wear a reversible intramural jersey. If they have one from a previous year or sibling, that can be worn. After players are assigned to a team, the coach will contact you to let you know when games/practices begin. In case of inclement weather or poor field conditions, only the President and Intramural Director may cancel games. Game cancellations will be posted on the club phone messaging system at 610-586-3663 and on the website when possible. All coaches will be notified and will contact players as quickly as possible. 2017-2018 Age Brackets (Includes the Spring 2018 Season)

Games are typically played at varying times on Saturdays, beginning after Labor Day and continue until mid-November. Schedules will be posted on the website before games begin. At the lower age brackets, boys and girls play on separate teams. Practice is usually one night per week until it gets too dark in the late fall. The younger groups play on Edgewood School Field while the older players play at Ridley Municipal Park. If your child seems to excel at the Intramural level, please consider our Travel Program. Tryouts are in May and we're always excited to see new players interested in the program. Family/Picture Day is held in October and the Player's Banquet closes out the season in November and player attendance is included in the registration cost. Other events may occur during the season. See the Calendar for more details. Code of Conduct Please remember that our games are just that: games being played by kids who really just want to have some fun. Please let them.
